Zimbabwe is "in a war situation", says the general secretary of the main Zimbabwean opposition party, the MDC. At a news conference in Johannesburg, Tendai Biti claimed 10 people had been killed since disputed elections on 29 March and thousands had been displaced.

But spending billions of dollars toward something that's caused by solar activity is not the cure.. Drink water, not the kool aid.
